I stayed in the Queen Suite and it was super comfy! The room was clean and cozy. They even prepared special meals for my toddler, such a nice touch. The views from the room were amazing, but the one downside was that the road to get there was pretty rocky and steep, especially at night. A lovely stay!

The views from the hotel offer an excellent panorama of the hills. The accommodations are spacious, showcasing anice and neat environment for relaxation.
Getting to the hotel requires navigating a dark, rocky road that can be a bit intimidating, especially at night. The pool is unheated. Breakfast variety is limited. After five mornings, the lack of options became a bit monotonous. The pool bar was mysteriously closed, a disappointment, and there's a persistent need for a paved road to avoid dirt-covered vehicles.

My xmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location, situated on a hill, provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the staff were extremely helpful and spoke English, which made communication a breeze. the rooms were beautifully decorated and everything felt new. the hotel also had a convenience factor, being only a short drive away from a fantastic outlet mall where I was able to do some great shopping.
Honestly, there were no negative aspects to my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and up to my expectations.

The facilities were excellent, with a clean and well-maintained pool area. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection. We also appreciated the complimentary wine and snacks in our room upon arrival and the friendly and accommodating staff.
We wish there was a sign for the room indicating whether we wanted housekeeping services or not. the lack of variety in snack options at the mini-bar was disappointing.
